Counselling & Psychotherapy
Isobel Gilvan-Cartwright MBACP
I am a psychodynamic therapist working especially with artists, makers, performers; and creative people navigating the emotional and psychic terrain of creative life - though all are welcome.
Whether you choose in-person or online therapy, my warm, empathic approach helps you to identify recurring patterns and unhelpful inner-narratives, helping you to get to the root of your issues.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy looks at how experiences from early childhood may be affecting your current thoughts and feelings. It enables you to reframe the way you think about your past and experience how this might change how you feel in the present.
