Counselling & Psychotherapy
If you're feeling alone with your feelings, blocked, or unsure how to proceed, please be assured that when you contact me you will be met with warmth and compassion, together we will begin to work through whatever is causing you stress or upset.
Contact me for support working through issues including: creative blocks, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, PTSD, relationship difficulties, domestic or sexual abuse, menopause, attachment issues, stress, trauma, self-harm, work-related stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma, bullying, OCD, ADHD, neurodiversity, family and parenting issues.
I am especially qualified to work with artists and creatives, though all are welcome.
Whether you choose in-person or online therapy, I will encourage you to identify recurring patterns and unhelpful inner-narratives, helping you to get to the root of your issues.

Training, qualifications & experience
-
Registered Member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
-
PG Dip Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (University of Brighton)
-
MA Sculpture / Performance (Royal College of Art)
I have been coaching and mentoring artists since 2007.
I am currently a therapist at Rock Clinic, Brighton alongside my private practice. Before becoming a therapist I worked for West Sussex Mind as a Peer Support Worker, supporting parents of children and young people with mental health challenges.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy looks at how experiences from early childhood may be affecting your current thoughts and feelings. It enables you to reframe the way you think about your past and experience how this might change how you feel in the present.
